All Azzaron mail products give users the ability to access mail via Remote Desktop, web, mobile device, and Outlook Anywhere. Outlook Anywhere means that your own version of MS Outlook--installed on your own off-cloud computer--can stay in sync with all your other methods of access.
Follow these steps if you have MS Outlook 2007 or later:
- Go to Add Account.
- Click "Manual setup or additional sever types" and click Next.

- Select "Exchange Server or compatible service" and click Next.
- In the Server field, type your mail server (locations are listed to the right).
- In the User Name field, type your normal system username (i.e. first initial last name).
- Check the box for "Use Cached Exchange Mode".
- Click More Settings and select the Connection tab.
- Check "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP" and then click Exchange Proxy Settings.

- In the URL field (following "https://") type the location of your proxy server (locations are listed to the right).
- All boxes on this page should be checked EXCPT "Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate".
- Under "Proxy authentication settings" select Negotiate Authentication.
- Click Ok (you may receive a warning that you need to restart Outook...if so, click Ok).
- Click Next.
- When the Windows Security dialog box appears, enter your login credentials...note that your username MUST be entered in the following format: domain\username (i.e. practice domain name backslash first initial lastname).
- Click Ok.
- Click Ok.
- Start using your email!
